Product Description

The Manapal Tomato is a climbing (indeterminate) variety that produces large dark red, smooth round fruit that is thick-walled. This variety does well in glasshouses, especially in the cooler months, and grows extremely well in humid regions. It was popular in the 1960s and is one of the best red heirlooms for disease resistance, particularly wilt.

The plant produces excellent yields of deep red tomatoes in clusters of 3-5 that are excellent for sandwiches, salads, and slicing. This variety is an excellent choice for home gardens and market growers alike.
