Product Description

Red Romaine lettuce is the perfect salad ingredient to take you into the summer. It’s more heat-resistant than other lettuces and is among the slowest to bolt in hot weather.

The outer leaves are tinged with red-purple, and the heart of the lettuce is green, making it a colourful base-ingredient for salads.

Romaine Red lettuce variety with deep bronze/red leaves forming a loosehead. One of the reddest coloured lettuce varieties available. Crisp tender leaves. Slow bolting. Excellent variety for warm climates. Can be planted all year round.
