Snowball early is an early maturing strain of the true short-leaved Snowball type of cauliflower.

The heads are of medium to large size, solid, compact, round, very white and curd-like, and are developed early.

Cauliflowers like cool weather for the fastest development and need well-drained, well limed, rich soil for best flavour.
