Product Description

Leaf vegetable. Tight packed green conical heads that grow to 18cm long or around 1kg.

Extremely sweet flavour: Early Jersey Wakefield tastes great raw in coleslaw and salads or cooked briefly in soups and stews to retain its crunch.

Produces a compact cabbage head resistant to splitting.  Flavour is sweet and crisp. Is excellent raw or cooked. Early maturing variety. An old favourite variety. Resistant to splitting and Yellows.
