Product Description

Giant Red Mustard can be grown as an annual grown for its large attractive slightly savoyed leaves that are red/maroon in colour with green ribs. A strong flavour that is ideal for adding flavour and colour to salads. Leaves are used fresh as a salad green or cooked as a leaf vegetable. Good variety for baby leaves and microgreens.

Fast-growing. Heavy producing. Can be used as a green manure. Is occasionally grown as an ornamental.
